What is ACER?
ACER Integration is a 13-month journey designed to increase connectedness to self, others, and the natural world. It is rooted in the Twelve Trees framework, blending evidence-based psychological practices with the wisdom of nature.
Participants engage in a full year of structured integration work through:
- Monthly themes based on tree archetypes
- Guided imagery journeys (called “Tree Journeys”)
- Breathwork and music meditation
- Facilitated sharing circles
- Live workshops, Q&As, and an extensive library of resources
- A global online community of peers
