Eligibility varies by program. Fundamentals training is open to practitioners and professionals preparing to engage in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy within mental health, medical, and supportive care contexts. Admission is based on an interview & review of each applicant’s background, experience, and readiness to engage in this work responsibly.
Common applicant backgrounds include:
- Physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners (MD, RN, NP)
- Registered psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, and social workers
- Naturopathic doctors (ND)
- Paramedics and first responders
- Death doulas
- Spiritual or pastoral counsellors with recognized training or credentials
- Practitioners with osteopathic or chiropractic training (for example, DO, DOMP, DC)
- Graduate diploma holders in relevant clinical or supportive care fields
