Whether you are here looking to deepen your relationships, heal from past trauma, discover inner resources, enliven your spirituality or overcome obstacles in your life - I'm so glad you're here. If you feel a resonance with my approach, I would be honoured to partner with you in the process that is unfolding.
I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in the province of Ontario with a Masters of Social Work degree from Laurier University. I have been supporting individuals looking to restore right relationship with themselves and with the families, communities, groups and organizations of which they are a part. As a neurodivergent member of the queer community my work embraces and celebrates each individual's most authentic expression of their gender and sexuality and honours diverse communication and perception styles.
In addition to my formal training in Social Work I have also completed post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed and Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Narrative Therapy. I have experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+, racialized, Indigenous and (dis)abled communities and acknowledge the ways in which systems of marginalization and oppression compromise individuals wellbeing. I am particularly passionate about holding space for grieving hearts, recovery from relational and spiritual trauma, self-discovery of gender and sexual identities and existential/ecological concerns. I believe that any therapeutic process is a collaborative undertaking that starts where you're at and honours your values, experiences, and knowings. Let's connect and see what we can create together.
