Before You Begin

Prior to completing this form, please make sure you have:

  1. Completed a support call with our team, and
  2. Reviewed the information on our costs page.

This ensures you are fully informed about the process, requirements, and potential expenses before moving forward.

Intake System Fee

As a small non-profit team, we require a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,000. This contribution covers the administrative work involved in coordinating your intake, reviewing your information, and connecting you with the right care team. It also supports the legal navigation required in this process, ensuring applications and paperwork are handled properly.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on these fees, along with donations and fundraising to sustain our services and continue providing safe and legal pathways to care.

If this fee presents a genuine financial barrier, please reach out to our team to discuss options.

What Happens Next

Once your fee is submitted:

  • You will gain access to our secure intake form (Gmail account required).
  • The form allows us to gather the information needed to guide you through next steps.
  • You will also be able to access our Practitioner Directory of clinicians trained in psychedelic-assisted care. 

TheraPsil is a small but dedicated non-profit team, committed to supporting patients and working to ensure compassionate, legal access to psychedelic therapy in Canada. By joining this process, you’re not only moving forward with your own care but also becoming part of a growing community that refuses to accept unnecessary barriers to treatment.

Please note: TheraPsil does not supply psilocybin or MDMA, and we cannot guarantee access. Authorization decisions rest solely with Health Canada on a case-by-case basis.
