Addressing Psilocybin Restrictions

When challenged on the current restrictive psilocybin scheduling, Health Canada points out the current access routes available (clinical trials, SAP, s56). Such a response fails to engage with the realities that patients, healthcare professionals, and researchers face.

The Need for Regulations

TheraPsil has put together proposed psilocybin regulations - Access to Psilocybin for Medical Purposes Regulations (the APMPR). This creates a framework for patients to access psilocybin for medical or therapeutic purposes, in consultation with their healthcare provider, and access regulated psilocybin products from a Health Canada-approved licensed dealer.
